What is included as part of the all inclusive package?
The total cost covers each person’s full stay, which includes the resort stay, all meals and beverages, taxes, fees, and complimentary round-trip transportation between the airport and the resort. Please be aware that airfare is not included.
Can we stay different dates then the dates on the website?
Yes. Please ensure you specify your desired stay dates accurately when completing the booking form. After we receive your completed form, we will coordinate with the resort to secure your dates. Kindly allow 2-4 days for this confirmation process.
Can I call you or the resort to make my reservation?
No. We ask that you fill out the booking form available on couple’s wedding website, as it is essential to have a completed form on file. Should you have any inquiries, do not hesitate to reach out to us via email or phone.
Why should I buy travel insurance and can I buy it later after I have reserved my room?
Travel insurance offers a range of advantages. With most plans, you have the option to cancel your trip and get reimbursed the cost of your stay. Most plans generally includes emergency medical evacuations, medical treatments, and expenses related to delays or trip interruptions. Insurance must be secured at the time you make your deposit.
How do I get from the airport to the resort?
Transportation between the airport and resort is included in your trip package. However, it is crucial that you submit your flight details by the specified deadline on our website. Failure to do so will mean we cannot arrange your transportation, and you will need to organize and pay for it independently. Please note, there will be no reimbursement for this complimentary service if not utilized.
Can I change my credit card from the one I gave you with the deposit?
Yes. Should you prefer to use an alternative credit card, simply send us an email. We will then provide you with a secure link to submit your new payment details.
Can I make monthly payments?
Yes. You are welcome to make interim payments between your initial deposit and the final payment. If you wish to use the same card you used for the deposit, please email us the payment amount and the card’s last four digits. We will process your payment within 2-3 business days and issue an updated invoice. For those preferring to use a different card, kindly email us, and we will forward a link for you to securely update your payment method. Please note, we ask that each payment be at least $200.
Can I get an extension on the final payment date?
No. Due to the group contract the couple has signed we can’t extend the final payment date.
I want a room that is not part of the room block, can you get that for me?
Yes. Reach out to us with your desired room category and dates, and we’ll obtain a quote for your stay from the resort. Upon your approval of the cost, we will process your deposit to your card and forward you the invoice.
I don’t want to stay at the host resort but plan on attending the wedding?
We do not recommend booking at a different resort. The couple is contractually committed to booking a certain number of rooms at the resort. Staying elsewhere may restrict your access to the wedding events, as the resort allocates a limited number of event passes based on the couple’s room bookings and the resort’s capacity. These passes, which range from $100 to $300 per person daily, are available for purchase through the wedding department only a few days before the wedding and are not guaranteed.
If I book for just one person in the room can I add another later?
You may add a guest to your room after the initial deposit as long as it is before the final payment deadline if there is still available space in the room.
Can I make changes to my roommate after my deposit or final payment is made?
Modifications are possible after you’ve made your deposit, but they are not permitted following the final payment. Altering a roommate’s details post-deposit may lead to the forfeiture of the initial roommate’s payment. Please note, no changes can be made once the final payment has been processed. Once change is allowed per room, after the initial change any future changes will incur a $50 charge.
Can the other guest in my room stay different dates?
The resort’s policy does not permit split stays. If a guest is unable to stay the same as their roommate’s dates, they will still be responsible for the cost of the entire duration of the stay as originally booked.
Can you guarantee me a king or 2 beds in my room?
Please note that specific bedding types cannot be guaranteed. While we can submit your preference for either a king or double beds, the final room assignments are at the discretion of the resort.
Can I change my dates after my deposit or final payment is made?
You can make a change of your dates after your deposit but not after your final payment.
Does the trip include flights? And can you help me book flights?
No. Please note that flights are not part of the wedding package, and we do not handle flight bookings. The couple’s wedding website specifies the recommended airport for your arrival. For complimentary transportation between the airport-resort to be arranged by us, you must submit your flight details by the deadline indicated on the website.
