Can guests make payments between the deposit and final payment?
Yes, guest can make payments before the final payment is due. We do not have an automated system for payments. All they have to do is send an email to the booking agent stating the amount they want to pay and if they want to use the credit card on file or a new form of payment. Payments must be a minimum of $200.
Can we extend the final payment date?
No. The final payment date is set by the resort we must have all payments by the final payment or your guests rooms will be cancelled with our any refund of their deposit.
How do I get my free rooms and when will I know how much I am getting back?
30 days before the wedding the resort will let us know how many free room nights were earned. Your booking agent will review how to apply these rooms or receive a credit back to your credit card.
How do I see who is attending my wedding?
We create a rooming list to organize all your guests. At any point along the planning journey you may request a copy of this rooming list to review.
How do my guests get from the airport to the resort?
As part of their reservation all guests will receive complimentary transfers to and from the airport and resort. We will set up these transfers with our trusted partners either Amstar or Lomas.
How do the free upgrades work?
The bride and groom can earn a free upgrade. This is one caterogry upgrade above the base level rooms. This upgrade offered at check in and is only granted based on availability from the resort.
What happens if all guests are not booked by our deposit date?
It is most helpful for you and your wedding coordinator to have most if not all guest booked by the deposit deadline. This helps you start planning your events based on the number of guests coming. However, we are still able to book your guests after the deposit deadline as long as there are still rooms available.
What happens if guests book outside of my room block?
It is very important that guest DO NOT book outside of the group room block. The resort will charge you per person per event for them to attend your events. You will also lose out on any wedding perks offered per room booked. You guest will also likely get charged a higher rate then what we negotiate for you.
What happens if I don’t meet the minimum number of rooms in my contract?
Per your contract the resort reserves the right to increase the room rates and you will forfeit any wedding perks offered in the contract.
What if a guest wants a room we don’t have in our contract?
It must be an upgraded category then what we are offering on the wedding website. We can request availability and pricing from the resort then add it to the group. Please do not have any guest wanting a different category book outside the wedding block.
What if we run out of rooms or a specific room category?
Guest will have the option to book the other room categories available. Once those are all sold we can request more rooms form the resort. These will be added based on availability.
When can I get my group deposit back or can I use it for my wedding events?
After all your guest pay for their rooms in full you can use your room block deposit to pay for your room or any other rooms in your group. Any left-over money from the deposit will be refunded to your credit card 30-45 days after your wedding. You are not able to use it for your wedding events.
When do I need to give the open rooms back and What if I don’t give them back on time?
If we have more rooms then needed, we will return the unsold rooms back to the resort 130 day before your arrival date. Per your contract if we do not give back the unsold rooms they will go into penalty and you will be responsible to pay for them.
When should I book my room?
Right after your wedding website is ready before you send the link to all your guests to book their rooms.
Will you help me plan my wedding events?
You will be assigned an onsite wedding coordinator that will help you plan all details of your wedding events.
